How much of your body is made up of water?

Did you know more than half of a woman's body weight is water; for men, two-thirds is water. Water bathes cells, but it can be found on the inside of each cell, too. Every type of tissue contains water, some more than others. Blood is about 83% water. More rigid bone tissue contains only about 22% water.
What are your thoughts?
